App features without ANC

The app allows EQ and control adjustments, but that does not turn P20i into an active noise-cancelling model. If blocking a commute is your main reason for buying, compare models with ANC as well. Ear-tip fit still affects passive isolation and how securely an in-ear model stays in place.

Understand the case battery total

The advertised 30 hours includes recharging the earbuds from the case. The single-charge claim is up to 10 hours, and actual use varies with settings and volume. Keep the case charged if you expect several shorter listening sessions across the week.
